This 5 Days Office Yoga Challenge is created to enable you to practice yoga at your work. The purpose of the course is to support you in incorporating yoga as your everyday habit to enable you to feel great benefits from it.
By taking this course and participating in the course continuously, day by day, week by week, you will feel great benefits from practising yoga. After some time your stress levels will lower significantly, you will also gain better self-control, better breath rate, focus and concentration. Not only will you see the difference but people around you, like your boss and your colleagues will also . And “don’t forget, the key to success in yoga is consistency”! Marija Bukarac
Undertaking this course will enable you to grow as a person:
- Course presents one working week, from Monday to Friday. There are 5 sections. Each one contains video lecture with downloadable material and it’s suggestion how to practice yoga at work. All lectures are also suitable to practice in the comfort of your living room.
- Discover a new way to practice yoga.
- It will take you only 10 minutes per day from Monday to Friday to finish the course. So, you need only 50 minutes to complete it. If you are interested to practice on weekends, just pick any lectures you want. I suggest to pick different lectures every weekend.
Who is this course for?
The course is for absolutely anyone, no matter what age, Gender or skill level you are. However you do have to be in good health as it is not suitable for anyone that suffers from injury or illness, so consult your doctor before undertaking. It is great for people who are busy.
What are the requirements?
A chair will be required for some exercises, if you have a type of illness you should consult with your doctor before undertaking the course.
