The key to any relationship is communication. The tools and techniques I use are based on psychology and behavioural science—as well as my experience and training.

Why is it important to be able to cheer ourselves up? Not only do we feel better when we are cheerful, but we are healthier, more successful and have more friends. What this course covers is 7 things that will help you bounce back and not get so down. In some cases, there  might be such trauma, illness or chemical imbalance, that people need drugs or other treatment as well, but all these things will help.

One of the first things you need to know is that NO ONE is truly happy all the time—and  it would not be good for us if we were.  Negative emotions are useful and are a part of being human. But it’s all about balance and bouncing back .So learning how to bring yourself up from being down is important.

No matter how positive you are, no matter how hard you try to be happy, things happen that are not in your control and that you don’t want to happen. The secret is not to wish and ask for good luck or good fortune and hope the universe responds.
