She applies strategies like Rain and Stop to break down the process and emphasises the importance of not focusing on pre-conceived ideas about what is to come so you feel the full effects and transform your life in just a few steps!

Our Mindfulness course will enable you to experience and enjoy, how it feels to live in the present moment.  In fact, this Mindfulness course has everything you need to strengthen and retrain your mind for a healthier, happier life.

Through a series of exercises and techniques you will learn how to live with a clarity of mind, freeing you from distractions of the past, and from distractions concerning the future.

You’ll learn to develop your sense of self awareness, giving you the ability to be mindful of your internal thoughts, images and self talk.

Mindfulness training will increase your ability to concentrate and focus and can even help you manage emotional and physical pain.

This course offers a number of downloadable resources, including practise logs and guided meditations, in fact, everything you could ever need to master the discipline of Mindfulness.
